- By 5th June 2010 - 8.3" x 6.5"

When you piss, pull your dick.

That way there is no loss of pe.

Strange.Currently I am also on three week break-do not see any major loss. I believe 3-4 week breaks should be done each 4-5 months.at least this is what I find good for my body. It’s like with the gym-body can not get used to the routine.after small break it can be attacked again with better results.

maybe .. Im starting off today again with a ruffer routine .. hopefully it will return back

Chances are somewhere along the line you measured incorrectly, or you had a different erection level. Does it look like you have lost that much, or does the ruler say this.

Ruler lie sometime! I’m on the 5th week of not touching myself for anything other than jerking off and I haven’t lost anything. A break doesn’t mean the end of the world peoples.

1,5cm seems a lot to lose as temporary gain within just 3 weeks. Fortunately most temporary gains come back without much effort. It’s like muscle memory. Try not to rough your routine up too much. Increasing the intensity and / or time spend pe’ing gradually may be enough.

Good luck!

Going rougher is not a good idea. Repeating what you did before sounds like a better proven plan.

Usually with PE, the harder you try, the less you get.

Some would say that the gains you saw were not “cemented”. Like Piet said, basically.

When actively PEing, I will usually gain a small amount in length and girth, which dissapears if I take a break. It’s a matter of keeping it up long enough to make those small increases stick permanently.

I quit PE for about 8 months and recently started back up, after one week I had recovered any losses and am now showing new gains.
