Wenchimaster vs ADS (wench)

Ok I not sure if this has been answered or not but what I want to know is which is best for bringing results. Currently I use the wenchimaster after my routines as part of my cooldown, and the ADS throughout the day off and on. I was wondering when having the time to do either which one should I use over the other. Before I modified my sizegenetics into the wenchimaster I could not wear it for more then 30 min straight.

Now I can wear it as long as I like only taking it off occasionally to adjust and recirculate blood. I want to be getting the best stretch possible and get the most out of my tools. I hope some of you guys can help me with this issue.
