Went from 6.1G to 5.5G!!

Went from 6.1G to 5.5G!!

Well this is disappointing, back in January I had reached 6.1 in erect girth and was 6.25 after workouts. Well I had to quit PE after overdoing it and hurting myself. Every once in a while I would do my PE excersizes but more lightly. Back in may I went down to 5.75G, that sucked but I wasn’t doing much PE. Now here it is in August and I am now 5.5G! That’s over half an inch of loss and was doing light maintenance. So really how permenant are these girth gains?

When I was 6-6.1 girth, I held that for about 3 months, before the 3 months I was 5.75, 6 months before that I was 5.5. So all that time and hard work put into those amazing gains are gone. It’s really disapointing. I had more than enough time to heal and hold the gains. So what happened? I also lost .25 in length, leaving me at 7.

So you lost .2” in diameter(about 10%). That’s .1” all the way around a cylinder. Doesnt seem so much. When you think about deformation of connective tissues and the fact that only that amount above 5.14% of stretched/worked out length is actual deformation, the fact that even new deformation must be continually restretched to be cemented, and the fact that girth is the measurement around two large and one small cyclinder, losing 10% of girth doesn’t seem like too much. Especially since you were only stretching from 6.1 to 6.25. On length you only lost .25/7.25 or 3.45%. Not bad. What’s the difference between your flaccid and erect girth? What were your starting measurements. To my mind I have an intuition that rather than “where you were X number of months ago” the standard should be X percent of current measurement held for two or three months” should be the way to specify what’s permanent. Perhaps the percentages are about 90% for girth and 95% for length. Within tolerances for diffferences in genetics, age, smoking, vitamin C intake, hydration, and any other factor that make you and me and anyone else different.

I doubt there is full permanency to PE gains to be honest. But let me tell you from experience that gains you have lost are easy to regain. You didn’t lose anything while doing PE, so there are really two situations;

1 - Gains aren’t permanent and some level of maintenance is required
2 - Gains are permanent, but as some people lose gains something has to happen to cement it

If 1 is true, you’ll need to get back to your full time schedule if you can, regain what you lost then reduce to maintenance (but more than you were doing before). If 2 is true, you need to return to your full time schedule and likely continue it for some time after the gains have been remade.

So either way, getting back into a good routine is the first step. BTW, I did both (continuing PE full on after gains were made and doing decent maintenace), and I have only lost a little FSL, which is pretty much irrelevant.

That really sucks MBD. Are you still bigger than what you started with pre PE? Last year around June before I started clamping I was on a girthroutine for a month which brought me from 5.4” to 5.75”. Then after not doing any girth for 1-2 weeks it was all gone :( Fortunately it came back fast when I started clamping. It could be that for some ppl girthgains are semi-permanent for a long time. Which means it takes more than your girthroutine to make the gains stay. Clamping seems to have given me permanent results although I did loose a bit from my basegirth, you could try adding wrapping for girth in your girthroutine like some do when you try to get it all back.

Diet?

I’m a newbie, but….

did you change your diet during your time off?

Calculate the volume difference and you’ll be even more depressed.

MBD: Hang in there! (and jelq in there, stretch in there, pump in there…..) It’ll be interesting to see if you gain it back quickly if you re-start a regular routine.

Start 6/13/04: 6.0 BPEL x 5.125 EG (midshaft) Current 10/17/04: 6.938 BPEL x 5.625 EG (midshaft) Come on 7! Disclaimer: I'm not an advanced member, but my member is advancing. ;)

I have no idea now who it was and how old the post was, but I have read at Thunder’s before where a vet said that he hadn’t done any PEing in a year and held 50% of his length and girth gains. He said his losses had stopped at that. If his lone post is accurate as to what to expect, then it shows a need for maintenance to keep full cemented gains, and a 50% permanent cemented gain without maintenence.

There is no reason to stop PE considering how effecient the time is for what your getting. I wonder if when you lose your girth and length you have a sort of muscle memory like you do in your body. This would make the ability to regain the girth and length easier than it was to gain it originally.

Maybe the trick then is to overshoot your goals by about 50% so that when you lose it you get to where you want to be :) . Of course if you don’t lose it you’ll be left with a gigantic unit.

Start (6/23/04): 7.25 BPEL X 4.75 EG As of (7/12/05): 8.00" BPEL X 5.00" EG Midshaft (5.25 base) Short Term Goal: 8.0 BPEL X 5.25 EG Midshaft Long Term Goal : 8.5 BPEL X 6.0 EG

Ok, here we go, lets here some vets experiences.. Are there any vets who have done PE, quite and maybe lost some gains, but not much, and never lost anymore? In other words how much of the gains we’re cemented and never went away, even after maybe a year or so?

MBD, you said you hurt yourself and overdid it. Maybe the size decrease is due to trauma?

My starting size 4 years ago was 5.9x5. For 3 years I got little gains from just jelqing. So yeah I did lose 50% of my girth and 25% of my length. The injury was from hanging wrong back in February, I was numb for 2 months from the hanger being too tight, I hung like 3 times. I haven’t been doing much PE becuase I want all the feeling to come back and discoloration from girth workouts gone. The discoloration is about 90% gone and the feeling is about 75% back, so I am very happy about that.

And another thing, a month ago I did some constrictors and my dick swelled up like crazy and in 5 minutes it was as if I jelqed for hours and stayed for 4 days. Now I get fluid build up like crazy which that has always prevented me from getting gains. I jelqed for 3 minutes this morning and I went up to 5.75g, but that was mainly fluid build up, this is weird. I so want to do my girth workouts, but I don’t want any fluid build up and donuts. I might just wait till December to start again if that will heal or prevent this fluid buildup.

Well seems like cementing gains is bullshit. It kinda suck that you have to PE for the rest of your life…

I’ve stopped for a year or more and haven’t lost much size. I do tend to lose 1/4” length and girth with extended breaks, and I’ve had several, but not more than that. Even with 8 months off last time I was still 1.5”x.25” bigger than my starting size.

Cementing isn’t BS for me, and I don’t think I’m unique in this. But even if you had to do a maintenance routine to keep your 8x6 penis, would it feel any different than a “real” one for your partner?

I’d say cementing is most true, I just think you have to probably over shoot to get you desired cemented size!

To add, I would say if one goes from 5 inches in length to 8, and they quit PE of good, they may at most slip down to 7, I don’t see it all going away?

I say genetics influences uncemented gains, and I’d say there is probably and average uncemented limit, that when surpassed, there is no going back!
