Went with buddy to buy condoms....

I have found that the Trojan Magnum XLs feel pretty good for a condom. However, I don’t see how regular condoms are so “unbearable” to guys who aren’t even 6 inches in girth. I could wear a regular condom (LifeStyles lubricated) when I had a 6 inch midshaft girth, although it would only go down halfway because my penis tapers towards the head. Still, if need be, a regular-sized condom seems to work fine, although I doubt I’ll ever find a condom that can protect me from STDs. Even the XLs will only go down 3/4 of the way. They should make condoms that go around the scrotum as well, to get “the whole package” protected. No one steal my idea!

Why would you want the condom to go over your balls ? I like my balls to swing around and ‘slap’ the chick as I go in and out ;)

Oddly, they (Magnum XLs) don’t seem much different than any others. I’m not a big fan of Trojan anyway, the darn things feel like I’m wearing a water hose all the time. Contempo makes ‘wet and wild’ which seem to stretch-and-fit better than the Magnum XLs and they aren’t rated as big as XLs. It’s almost like not wearing a condom at all.

Remember, that a real difference in girth and lenght, maybe he is very girth and have minus lenght than you, this is very subjective.

Seriously, by the time a woman gets to see the condom brand, you’re already getting laid. This is a moot point for me. If anything she’ll think you’re lame for buying a big brand with an average tool.

For diseases like AIDS, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc, transmission is through bodily fluids which enter through the urethra or small cuts in the skin, so a condom will protect you. For stuff like herpes and hpv that are transferred by skin contact, your scrotum covering condom is a good idea (but I thought of it first!).

So today my friend was like, the magnum XL’s are too small. They popped twice. He then said ” i dont mean to sound cocky (other friend was there), but there’s still like 1 1/2 inch not covered. Now I know he’s probably lying. The condom probably came off or he’s truely blessed along with his girl.

As others have said, most condoms are about the same length. The key to comfort and fit, is your girth and the condom’s 1) quality and 2) ability to stretch. I find most condoms I’ve tried to be painful to put on in the girth department. Now, I haven’t measured for awhile, but I’m nowhere as big as some of the guys on here. (I am side-to-side packing a 1.75inch tube at the thickest part of my cock). I currently use MagnumXLs (regulars are still a bit of a battle putting on), but I think they are a very low quality latex. I much prefer the texture of say, Kimono Maxx, but they are painfully small. Don’t worry too much about your friend’s size. Most guys (and girls) think because someone uses XL’s they’re swinging 9x7. That’s not the case at all.

Any one of our larger patrons have some high quality condom suggestions (mostly for masturbation to avoid the mess)? I’m interested in Durex XXL, those Contempos, and any Japanese brands like Okomoto Skinless Skin, for instance.

I wear magnum and I am only 6” in and around. I think they work better.

You actually like that? I find that after 20+min of “ball slapping”, it just hurts like hell. I remember once I couldn’t seat properly in my car, they just felt so uncomfortable and sensitive. But that’s me.

Anyone can put on a magnum or XL, but you want it to stay on, so putting it on where you really don’t need one is a little silly. Judging by the condom girths isn’t really too accurate unless you do the obvious scaling up. i.e. 5” girth fits fine in a normal condom, anything over 5.75” will fit nicely into a magnum and anything over 6” or so would be better in a XL. (Of course this is subjective, but just giving a rough idea)

Another important thing with XL’s is headroom.

When I first started PE I could use regulars though I preferred the fit of magnums because I didnt like the restriction of regulars, and XL’s felt a little too loose even though I prefer a looser fit. Now the XL’s do nicely. And I’m not just trying to boast about the size of my penis, but regulars just dont cut it at certain sizes, regardless of how much they can blow up.

Yes, at my size I could still put a regular condom on, but it would undoubtably break alot easier and would choke and squash my penis, making it look like it was being compressed.
