Last time I had sex i did a girth routine before i had it to bulk me up a little, what do you guys think about that. I kinda had problems getting turned on. What do you guys think about this.

Why not… I often use both a leather clamp around the base as well as a cockring to boost girth and overall erection quality. Technically this is a girth routine, whether geared towards sex or PE.

What worked for me was jelq and manual clamping in the shower a few hours before sex. Then, after the shower I would wear a cock ring of just the right tightness to maximize expansion and minimise fluid build up. Then I would wear a cockring while having sex. My dick wasn’t rock hard but it was sufficient for penetration without any bending and the girth was eye roll back in the head-ing. With a little experimentation you can figure out just how much work to do in the shower, how tight of a cock ring to wear, etc.

For me, the key was to get a very good expansion in the shower but to stop working before the point where I couldn’t get more than a ~75% erection. I don’t know how else to describe it. There is a point at which the penis just feels kind of tired.

I would point out that this statement is not ‘despite’ the age old debate; it is an opinion of what position you believe in said debate.

I happen to agree - to a point.

I’m of the opinion that ideally one should wait a few hours after a real PE workout before blowing a load.

But if you’re doing something to enhance your girth prior to the main event does this count as a workout? I think not. And even if it did, so what? A real live girl is way better than the Power Jelq or any pump. Are you with me?

Doing a full girth routine close to having sex is not a good idea as the tissues get a bit exhausted and can’t really perform as they should. I’ve tried various versions and the best I’ve found is doing a full girth workout (no ejaculation) about 5-6 hours before aving sex. That way you’re back to almost normal but with some girth work effects still noticeable. A few short dry jelqs and a ULI or two in the final “preparations” for sec also works marginally (just get it in if you’re goind down on her). And I agree with a few responses here, PE for sex. Ejaculations are healthy and some doctors claim that regular ejaculations are good for your prostate.

I don’t know I try not to worry about girth during sex, because I know I am not going to be able to keep it 100% hard the whole time. Granted I don’t have a steady sex partner I use a form of deception. I will jelq it up beforehand and do some 440s and then stick it in while I am still gripping. This gives them the feeling that I am a lot girthier, so once we start going at it they may not notice the decrease in girth. Bada bing bada boom.
