I must be an aberration. Rarely am I too tired for my wife, even after consuming porn.

After watching porn and having a release it takes a few hours to get the charge back. In general I shy away from porn use. I’ve learned it’s too easy to slip into porn binges.

For me the downside of porn is objectifying women. You begin to see women as a means to an end. It’s devoid of real emotion. Sex with my wife is down right fun, nasty and filled with emotion. Porn can’t compare in that regard. Relying on it solely cheats men out of an amazing mental, physical and emotion experience. Yes the things you see are amazing but is rather change the sheets and shower after a mattress tussle than use porn any day.

For me, the problem is that I start craving more and more. I feel like watching porn too often has a similar effect as having sex too often. I constantly need more and more stimulation to get satisfied. When watching porn I try to find hotter chicks and begin to look for harder and more extreme porn, but if I had sex every day with my girl, I would start taking it for granted and try more and more kinky stuff and at the same time get lazy and lose the passion of sex. I become addicted to it like a drug.

But using porn like once a week doesn´t affect me that much. Another problem with porn and masterbating in general is that it increase the risk of damaging the skin while jelqing. Many personal observations, very similar conclusions. And equally personal and valid benefits to the individual. One other consideration, if you are into meditation, martial arts or neuropsychological programming awareness is the non-constructive expenditure of lifeforce energy. My wife is a social worker who constantly sees pre-teens acting in sexually aggressive ways, mostly because adults are exposing them to pornography because they are high or simply irresponsible.
