Snipping ligs is one thing, it’s the “normal” surgical method of penis enlargement. Snipping the septum is quite another. The septum is the place down the center of the penis where the two corpora cavernosa (CC) are permanently and strongly attached to each other. One cannot “snip” the septum without damaging the tunica and screwing up the erection mechanism of the penis. No one would consider that an acceptable method of PE.
