What Is Happening With My Dick?

Hi,

So I have been on a decon break for almost a month and have done absolutely no form of PE, just complete break. I swear I could tell just by looking that my dick has shrunk a little in length. Concerned about losing my hard earned gains, I just measured today and to my surprise my BPEL is right at 6.6” which means I haven’t lost even 0.001” of length.

I have no idea what’s happening and would appreciate if somebody can shed some light on this.

What method or what exercises are you using? and for how long have you used it.

Strangely, you might find you actually grow during your break. Lots of people do. Probably the easiest explanation for that is the PE effects your EQ both positively and negatively. When you’re doing it right, skating along the limit and gaining, there’s a slight negative effect. On a break you can reach your full EQ potential.

It’s actually pretty simple. My guess is you are now used to your new length so now it looks smaller than it used to. It happens to me too.

Perhaps it’s a perspective issue. Like, if I skip a day at the gym I swear I look fatter. Your measurements seem to indicate you haven’t lost any gains, but your brain seems to be convincing you that you have. I’d trust the ruler.

I’ve had the exact same thing happen - sounds like it’s pretty common.


Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

There are only 2 plausible explanations I can think of:-

1. My fat pad has increased which mean NBPEL has decreased. This seems unlikely.
2. When I was doing PE, somehow my EQ was better. Since the decon break, my EQ has gone down.

Note: It’s not my mind playing games or hallucinating. I have no way to prove it but I promise I’m not lying.

One time I woke up to some hard morning wood and knew I was looked long but I also looked thin. I measured length and was at my max 8 inches, and I almost didnt measure my girth because I really thought it looked thin. Good thing I checked girth because I actually was at 5.5 inch girth a 1/4 inch above normal for me. I wasnt on a decon break at the time and I was doing lots of jelqing, stretching and pumping at the time but it was over a day since I pumped. My point is if you looked shorter maybe you actually had more girth and also our mind plays jedi mind tricks on us too.

Could be that the long rest has actually helped cement your growth and allowed it to heal if you were rigorous with your routine before. You may have ended up with even more had you done a light routine during this break as well (If rest was what your penis needed)

Yeah, it looks like I have cemented my gains because I have actually gained 0.1” in length now even though I’m just doing very light stretching and low weight manual hanging 2 - 3 times a week just for a few mins. Just started a week ago due an injury I had.

Do you think your routine was too intense beforehand? Im a noobie and the science isnt very clear but perhaps you just stacked up your microtears and they needed a long break to settle in. Still strange you didn’t lose anything at all though

Yes, I was following a pretty intense routine along with shockloading the tunica. Trust me, I’m just as surprised as you that I haven’t lost any gains and in fact even gained 0.1” over the break.
