what is your longest period of time without a gain?

To all you veterans out there I have a question for you. What is the longest period of time that you consistently PE’d and did not gain? How long did that plateau last, and what did you do to finally start gaining again? I have already done the deconditioning break and have been stuck for some time now. Specifically for length, but girth as well. Length is my focus right now. Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Don’t think I ever had a period of no gains. It slowed to the point of 0.05” in BPEL one month but that was it. If I don’t get something in length, then I get it in girth. Hope it continues like this for another 2 years:)

Kingpole,your kind of one of my hero’s on here. You have always been kind and helped out as much as possible. I really appreciate that! However, what was the longest period that you were doing PE that you didnt have any gains? Not including decon breaks and time off. Or are you more like Aom91 and have always gained? Thanks again!

Lol. Thanks man. Best advice, play around with different exercises, intensities and durations until you find what works and stick with it. Gradually make the necessary changes when you notice your gains slowing.

Hey mods, since this question is directed towards the more experienced PE’ers, could you please move it to the main members forum for me. I think we would get more answers that way. And I think it could be encouraging to those who are like me and have been in a stalled period for a long time. Thank You!

Im hoping to get a little more participation from some of our veterans on this one.

I think the last time I measured a permanent gain was 1 1/2 years ago, seriously. Tried Chemical PE, did nothing for me. I’m thinking of going back into “beat the shit out of my dick” mode, as that’s what last worked for me. Although the discoloration that comes from doing 2 x 45 minute hard clamping sessions with pumping in between sets really makes your penis look nasty, as I still have discoloration from over two years ago.

For me I went 6 months without gains. I think you can only gain so much from hanging! I was hanging over 14 hours a week no stop.

Splking 1, so did you start to gain again? If so, what did you change to start gaining?

Almost a year, however I am begining to expand in girth so I guess that rules it out being longer than a year.

I then started up the chemical PE program. I started gains girth but no length. That all stop since I got an injury about 5 weeks ago. Now I’ve lost .25” in length and .25” in girth already.

Good news is that you will get those gains back pretty fast.

How much had you gained from hanging before the gains stopped?

Ya I would like to know too. I am considering hanging.
