what length needed to do...?

What length do you need to achieve the hand position when doing the inverted v-a stretch?

I know, it is a stupid question and everyone is different. But, I’m just curious. Here is the link to the stretch I’m referring to.

I’m about 7.0 inches in a stretched bpfl and my wrists are 7 inches in girth. I can not seem to get the hand on the side I stretch my penis around up over the wrist of the hand I’m stretching my penis. I still get an intense stretch while performing this exercise even though I can’t get my hand over the stretching are. I’m so close.

How long are those that can achieve this hand position and what is your wrist size?

It’s all about getting the technique down, and to keep working on it if it doesn’t work the first time round. I couldn’t do those stretches when I began either but can pretty much get a good stretch out of them now if I wanted.

These, in my opinion, will replace most style of stretching pretty soon. You can get great stretches, and more intense then any other stretches I’ve done. I’d say jump on this bandwagon, and you’ll be able to get assisted V/A stretches at all angles.
