Combo.if im up to it after work ill do it,if not then i do it in the night.i rarely go more than 3 days in the same pattern.

I like to do jelqs in the am, first thing. I get better pumps early than any other time of the day. For stretching, I find that it is easier to stay 100% flaccid in the pm esp late in the afternoon and thus a more effective stretch.

First session around 7:30 - 9:00am after my gf has left to school. Second session around 11:00pm - 1:00am after my gf has fell asleep.

I think she has no clue yet :)

I do my PE at night…about an hour before bed. I have my own place so privacy isn’t an issue. Plus, night time is more convenient. Also, I figure the closer to bed the better…afterall, most of your body’s repair is done while you sleep (that’s why bodybuilder’s require large amounts of sleep).

I personally try to fit some in during the morning and night.

I think for gaining it’s important to split your routine up a little. It seems like all the big PE gainers such as Bib, RB and DLD have had routines that span throughout their daily lives, whereas a lot of the hard gainers simply do a 40 minute routine before bed or something along those lines.

In my opinion the constant breakdown of tissues throughout the day is beneficial because as well as breaking down your tissues such as ligs, your penis also is being fed nutrients during the day from your meals, whereas if you perform your routine just before bed it has no source of nutrients thus slower healing and growth.


PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.

Breaking down your tissues constantly throughout the day or breaking them down before bed makes no real difference…the tissues are still broken down. Keep in mind, that your body does not do much healing and growth during the day…the majority of it is done while sleeping.

Although I cannot speak for Bib, RB, or DLD, I believe the reason their PE routines take place “throughout their daily lives” is because that’s the best/most convenient way for them to fit it in their schedules.

If you feel better off PE’ing througout the day (both day and night), then by all means go for it…it’s your PE routine. I’m a believer in over-training though.

BTW, I would have to agree with your post though as to the fact that if the tissues are broken down then they are broken down and that’s all there is to it!

__I wonder If DLD, RB or Bib have any opinions on this?

I’m a dedicated pumper and have been for a few years.

I pump first thing in morning when I get up ~5:00 ish…I’m retired so time table is non issue. I like multi tasking….I can bring up a good vacuum while I’m at computer…get up/refill my coffee cup…wrap towel around me and go out get paper.

I pump sometimes at night when I’m kicked back watching TV.

I’ve been unsuccessful in combining a Jelq routine with my pumping…I think that may be because Jelqs require use of my hands….like now…my dick is in cylinder dangling down between my legs while I type this post..

Well, I would like to multi-task, but to me it just seems that doing the manual time-intensive excercices are the only real way to solid gains.

I suppose I didn’t word that sentence too well. Your way is probably the better way to phrase it. Bottomline, I think that over-training can be detrimental and should be avoided.
