What's the lowest effort PE method which actually works?

I am still unsure how much of a PE method fails because the person involved simply doesn’t respond to it physiologically, or he is performing it inadequately (technique, frequency, and intensity), or a combination of both?

Like what makes a hard-gainer a hard-gainer versus the anomalous shooting stars that get crazy gains in just their first year?

Regardless, I found the following routine help me gain a whole inch in erect length (and improve EQ). I should note, I was in my 20s so that may or may not have had an influence (??).

1. Get into a hot shower and do light-to-medium manual stretches. Forward, up, down, left, and right. Enough tug to feel tension but not enough to injure. Physiological Indicators (PI’s) folks, it’s a topic found on Thundersplace essential to understand for your success (and avoiding injury).

2. Then with the assistance of the hot water from the shower, would perform wet jelqs.

3. If an erection is achieved, start edging/ballooning (maximizing glans engorgement in addition to shaft engorgement).

4. Repeat the process for no less than 15 minutes, and no more than 30 minutes. Any sign of "fatigue" or "pain" would be an indication to lessen intensity or even stop.

5. Do not ejaculate. If necessary, wait till much later in the night to achieve your climax. Try and avoid porn and use your imagination, or an erotic still image (like a hot model in an erotic pose). If you need a jump start badly, use porn as a last resort, and watch it long enough until you’re hard and exit the screen. If you find you can’t get hard at all without porn, you’ll need to address that first before adequately succeeding in PE.

So basically a manual stretching + wet jelqing + ballooning/edging + no climax in a hot shower routine in about 6 months gave me an inch of erect length if memory serves me correctly. Seeing’s how no devices are required, and how you inevitably will shower, this is as "low effort" as I can muster that also yielded tangible, measurable gains.

What I do now is stretching my member under a stream of hot water manually for 5 minutes. It is absolutely perfect once you reached your limits.

For a start you could do the same thing every 3 days I would say.

I think a light 1-2 lb ADS which progresses over months is probably the easiest. I’ve read from other members that gains are sort of on the slower side vs hanging.

I have one of these and it gives you lots of options for creating an effective routine. For stealth days, or crazy schedule days, I use that and a simple glans hanger and I do an abbreviated routine (from my normal routine).

1. ADS weight under clothing for as long as possible - conditioning/elongation phase
2. Hanger used for better gripping for manual stretches (even if you do it in the bathroom) - workout phase
You can cycle between ADS and manuals depending on time
3. Adding 15 minutes of jelqing would be great - another workout phase
4. ADS for as long as possible - cool down with more time in elongation

I realize extenders probably will give slower gains on average compared to hanging, but I’m not in a major rush.

Any advice? Specific recommendations on extenders would also be welcome.

Do bundled stretches 1 hour each day. Use a broomstick or a PVC pipe to increase the intensity. When you are not stretching, you wear a penis elongation wrap always during daytime.

Probably 30 min manuals once or twice a day. You can get away with that for 2-4 months imo then you’ll need to start thinking about how to add heat. You should add heat from the start though anyway

Am comboing 780gram ADS (at keast 8 hours, 15 to 20 minute pumping morning, 15-20 minutes at night when I can, 5-10 minutes a day of heavy duty manual stretches and while ADS I try to use 3 sets 30 minutes each of a cockring to constrict circulation mildly to aid angiogenesis response. Not too tight, but not too light that it would fall off.

So far good results. I do add 15 to 45 minutes of hanging at 4kg when I can. But it’s optional really.

I agree with this 100% - My biggest gains came when I started PE doing basically the common JELQ procedure.

One thing I would add is to not ejaculate during days that you perform your sessions. It was to me clearly that at least 3 months of ongoing commitment is necessary. My routine with jelq was:

3 days jelq + stretch (ex. Mon-Wed
1 day rest (no masturbation this day, just let it rest) (Thu)
2 days jelq + stretch (Fri-Sat)
1 day rest (then I used to edge and ejaculate as many times I wanted).

Did this for 3 months without a miss.

That year, I could not continue it so diligently but I continued to practice the manuals to keep going. Unfortunately I was never consistent enough to do it again (3 months doing this routine is actually very demanding if you have an active life (work+socials).

I’m not sure about my gains in girth during that time but I believe it increased a bit. I gained an inch in length doing this.

So to newbies, that to me was the low effort. After the newbie gains it starts to get really hard to add more to your unit (see all the ADS, hangers, pump, etc. and you will understand the money and time that is invested in it compared to 30-40min a day with jelq).
