Whats this muscle called and how do you train it?

Ive noticed that in most cases, whoever has that huge tube going through under their penis has a better looking penis and is generally bigger all around. Whats it called? How do you make it bigger/ train it?

It’s difficult to measure gains of the CS directly. In theory, any method that pushes blood through the CS will enlarge it. Can these ‘gains’ become permanent? :shrug:

The theory of CS gains isn’t quite the same as the CC’s gain theory. A CS like the one in the contraband is most likely achieved with good bloodflow and possibly Viagra/Cialis.

I would think that PE in general would help with this, specifically girth work, but don’t really know.
