Right now my only goal is to get back into a maintenance routine. My life has been busy to say the least. I’m hoping by the end of February to be getting back into a maintenance routine.

To retire from PE at end goal!

Gym 4-6x a week.

Pump 4x a week, 90-120 min/session.

Consider hanging (traction & weights).

Compare notes on routines/techniques.

Experiment even more with DP-4000 programmable pump.

Return to using HydroExtreme11 (aka Bathmate X50) more often.

To actually stick to my routine this time. I’m sick of being small. Absolutely sick of it! I’ve been using the pump off and on. But my plan is slowly to work into a pump/jelq week. One day pump, next jelq and so on so forth.

My resolution is to be consistent. I’m on the 3rd month of my third attempt at PE over the last several years, and after some small gains I’m ready to keep the momentum. No more restarts for me!

2020 Goals

1: Develop more self confidence regardless of PE.
2. Be able to stick to a low pressure pumping routine. ~5hg for 10 to 20 min 2x a day, 5 days a week. (Relatively new at this but have been getting overzealous with pumping due to some of the more “instant” results of it. I need to just set a time and quit when its up)
3. Lose weight. I’m about 100lbs over weight which doesn’t help with my body image issues. While my weight is pretty well spread over my whole body the fat pubic area definitely takes it toll on the look of my flaccid and erect self.
4. As for size goal, I don’t know if I’ll get there but I want to get to 8” in length and probably somewhere between 5.75” and 6” for girth. (Had one of those “overzealous” nights and packed my 9x2 tube, no length gain but girth was there and the Mrs. Said it was too much) I’m hoping with the weight loss I can improve the NBPEL and feel more comfortable. Starting this year with 7.5” BPEL and 5.375” MEG.

Doing sports (track and field, gym)

Eating an healthy vegan diet with some fish added (its insane for erections believe me)

Traveling

To gain 1mm in length just to break this plateau (over a year long). 20mm total gains so far after 2 and a half years of training.

Get close to 7” NBP.

Get damn Privacy.
