What's your basic routine?

I’m posting this poll, to see where we at on this board, to see what are the most commonly used exercises, techniques and tricks. It will, hopefully, eliminate a lot of confusing questions and answers in the future, and once people see it they can right then and there decide what to chose (with a little help from the vets)…

I have voted. With this enough of this data in, we could try to normalize gains that everyone has had and compare them to routines. Let’s say that someone brand new to this (a.k.a. me) pops in here and says, “what exercises make me grow the fastest?”. If we can collect data from enough people on:

1.) The first routine they did (within the scope of this poll, or with more info, like number of reps, etc.)
2.) Average monthly gains made over the first 3 (or 6?) months.
3.) Physical statistics: starting size, LOT, starting age, etc.

sort by routine, add in other stats like LOT theory, starting stats, etc. and we could come up with, for example, a decently accurate average expectation for gains doing the various exercises for beginners. Maybe we could even start to recommend a personalized workout based on goals, LOT, starting stats, etc. that is backed by cold, hard statistics. We could also say, for example, to a beginner having no luck that statistically, guys not gaining girth doing jelqs gained the most switching to Horse440’s (I’m not claiming this is true, but with this poll and others, we may be able to). I know this information exists strewn across various threads, but putting it all together might reveal some small detail that has been overlooked. What does everyone else think? Worth doing?
