When to expect some results?
Hi all,
I started to take care of my health, back into running 3 times per week to loose weigth and to improve performance I also started some PE, just wet jelqs, 3 times per week, 100 strokes per time about 3 seconds each; my goal is to improve length as actual measurements are about 6 1/2 by 5 1/2 that makes it look shorter than it is, I also hope that loosing some fat makes it look, at least, healthier as there is some fat around pubic area and in the ball sac, I would like to make my skin thinner.
I know I should add some stretch in the routine but tell me, after how long can I expect to see some results?
actually I have to admit that even after just one week it looks better as the blood flow is increased as the vascularity has, I hope that the running/PE combination makes me feel a little better both phisically and mentally (yeah, I think that PEing is most for ego than for real need, my GF is pretty satisfied with my sixandanhalfinches).
