When to switch to girth?

I think after these next 2 weeks of solid length exercises I’m going to go back to both length and girth.

I’ll follow a routine pattern of Length-Length-Girth-Length-Length-Girth-Rest. That’ll make up my week. I’ll do that for a month and see what gains I’ve picked up. That pattern will probably take me all the way until I reach either my final length goal or my final girth goal. At that time I’ll do a routine of only whatever it is that I need to keep going with (length or girth, probably girth).

I’m afraid doing just stretching for too long will lose me some of my girth.

Johnno, you saying that you are committing one day for length workouts, and a separate for girth?

That’s right aom91. It’s worked for me. Thus far I’ve gained girth using this method, and I’ve also gained length. I tried girth only for a few weeks and gained girth. And I tried length only for a few weeks and measured and I gained length as well. Now I’m just trying to stagger the 2 correctly so I can get to my final goal.
