Where can I find these items at?

I wanted to try the Wrapping and lil ADS techniques but I don’t know where to buy the items ( cotton fabric and theraband) at?

theraband can be found at any pharmacy and depending on what you want for the fabric, it can be an old flannel shirt or if you are insistant in buying the fabric you can usually get it a fabric or linnen store.
