Which is better, a 1 on, 1 off sched, or 2 on, 2 off?

Just throwing it out there to see what general feedback there might be.

It depends person to person and on how much their penis can handle before it should be left alone to recover.

I know it varies. I seem to be able to pull off a 1 on, 1 off sched.

The other day, I did 2 on because I seemed to be navigating 1 on, 1 off, well. I was just wondering, considering that, if 2 on was going to necessitate 2 off, which was better?

I was shooting for 2 on, 1 off. But wondered about 2 on, if it would require 2 off?

What precisely does 1 or 2 represent? Days of exercise? Sessions in a day? :confused:

Same question for me, but my objective now it’s to know my dick better, I am on a 1 on, 1 off schedule.

2 on, 1 off. 2 days off and it regresses too much. 1 day recovery is usually enough.

I’ve always favoured 5 days on 2 days off (weekend)..if things are a little heavy, then take Wednesday off.

My unit would pass out from that sched!

I don’t know if I envy that ability to do a routine like that, or since, in theory, I have less capacity, I should be able to gain with a lower volume, and should be happy with that?

I can’t decide..

I currently do a 6 day on 1 day off routine. Currently 4 months into PE.

IPR protocol suggests that penis is recovering 2 months after first injury(I phase)…mmm…

I’m hanging so I pretty much try to hang at least 6 days a week. When I wasn’t hanging I was a 5 on 2 off supporter. I’m from the school that if you dick needs a break you should listen when things like erection problems or other thinks start happening.

I agree.

I have learned that following an arbitrary schedule isn’t a good thing. I just asked if it would be better to go 1 on, 1 off - or sometimes go 2 on, when feeling up to it.

But if those 2 day on tended to make 2 days off necessary, which would be better?
