Which method has worked for you the best?

Not everyone has found the method that works best for them. Some have tried everything and nothing worked, and some of us are still searching (i.e. me). For those of you that have made considerable gains, which method provided those gains for you?

I think most people will switch PE techniques if they don’t see results after three months. How long will you persist with a technique in order to give it enough time to do its’ work?

Well most people combine manual techniques but for anything advanced that should be practiced alone I’d agree that 2-3 months should give enough time to realise any potential for one particular technique.

I got my initial gains through the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. Since then, I’ve added pumping and occasional clamping.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Do you guys think it is best to follow one technique and nothing else or better to combine different techniques. My inclination has always been to use one technique because I only have about 1/2 hour per day to devote to it.

You can do a lot of PE in a half hour a day. Perhaps too much. Members here have gained on lighter routines than that. It’s not the amount of time; it’s how well exercises are done, how well suited the exercises are to your physiology and your goals, and being respectful of your limits by observing PIs. (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!)

I think that using more than one technique is a good idea, because I think that they are complementary. Each addresses PE in a different way. For example, I think that stretching and jelqing are complementary, and I seldom if ever pump without throwing some jelqs in there. I’ve been known to pump and then do a little light clamping afterward.

Although I agree with Lampwick’s advice, half an hour a day isn’t as much as I’d like to focus fully on the PE task in hand. It would cause me to rush things and try to fit in as much as possible, thereby putting too much strain on my unit. I believe 45-60 minutes is ideal, with rest periods of course, to make the most of a routine.

I appreciate that for the majority of members here, time and privacy are of the essence, but the more advanced the PE technique, the more time should be devoted to performing it correctly. Given 30 minutes, I’d either combine manual stretches and jelqs, or try to fit 2 good 10 minute clamping sessions, with 5 minute rest/warmup inbetween - there is little time for anything else.

Clamping for me was huge. Stretching did nothing and jelqing is a joke. I never did try hanging thou. But various forms of clamping.

I did everything but clamping, and I would say:
Best for length:
Manual A and V stretch> 15 min or hanging.
+ Wet jelqs at average erection level (the addition of the 2 makes great gains). Associated with “helishakes” to soften tissues, make engorgement without making a too high erection.

Best for girth:
Warm up and Wet jelqs at high erection level, to soften tissues + IR light during the whole routine.
+ Squeeze/holds while doing a forward stretch only (with a kleenex on the glans), or foward stretch with little bends. This is the exercice that I know that impact the most on the fascias that limit the girth.

I can’t talk about clamping because I never tried.

Clamping IMO is the ultimate exercise for girth and IMO it really works. And is so simple, Cable Clamp and a Sock and Your Cock. But it does take months to build up I did 20 min clamp sessions for 6 weeks before I moved up to 2 20 min sessions a day. As of now I go between 2 - 3 2o min sessions a day depending on how much time I have and once in a while I will hit my penis up with a 30 min session. I have never tried hanging but I’m not concerned about my length and the dangers of hanging bother me to much.
