Why haven't I seen results after 2 months?

Started doing PE again about 2 months ago, measured yesterday and there are still no solid results. I’ve been keeping the newbie routine schedule so I was expecting atleast 3-5mm in gain by now, but there is NOTHING. Do you understand how devastating this is for me? Right now I feel “jelqing and stretching doesn’t work, and if hanging doesn’t do the trick for me then I’m fucked.”

I really have problems about the size of my dick, since it seems lots of my friend are about 1-2cm bigger both in lenght and girth. I feel small and I want it to end. I’m starting hanging now, and I’ll measure again in one month from now. if there are no results by then, then I don’t know WHAT to do. :(

Vinter, some guys gain a little harder than others. Relax will ya? Have you been consistent, or have you been a hit and miss type of guy?

Some guys don’t see gains for a lot longer than you are talking and then all of a sudden the gains are there. Don’t give up hope.

Thanks for the support. I’ll keep doing newbie until I find the materials for a hanger, and then I’ll switch to hanging with maybe some jelqing in. Will be posting here about my results, when there are any. :P

Keep it up buddy. Keep coming here and gaining knowledge. You’ll probably figure out whats up soon. Try applying some more force, after just doing one stretch session I noticed gains. I did not pull at 100% even.

Maybe it hasnt had the chance to recover.

If it were me, I would stop for about a month. No measuring nothing.

Just completely stop doing and thinking about it.

Then start a real easy newbie program.

I have read here that it has worked for some.

Who knows. Maybe you will come back to it and see some hidden gains.

First of all let me ask you some questions. Do you drink a lot? Drugs? Do you workout? Do you eat right? Do you take a multivitamin daily? Are you jelqing correctly? Are you warming up? Are your erections any harder than before PE?

If you are consistent and are doing things correctly, the newbie routine will work for just about every penis. Take a week off, start the newbie routine exactly as it is described once again my friend. Do it seriously and consistently for 6 months. Jelq gently with about a 50-60% erection and don’t forget to warm up. Then come back and if you report no gains, we’ll have a conversation about considering hanging. ;)

A lot of us have a theory that applying less pressure is best. It may feel weird or like you’re doing it wrong, but if you apply slightly more pressure than the grip used to masturbate for a couple weeks you may see results. You have nothing to lose.

Do what others are telling you. Review your routine, make sure your not over working yourself. Kingpole and Kevin12 will be able to give you some great advice on changing your routine. Remember, take it easy. Less is more.

Right. I went several years without a gain in BPEL. PE is just like any other physical activity, you have to learn to do it correctly. Some people never learn to perform the exercises properly.

You and your friends measured each other? Wow, it’s true what they say about those Swedes… :D

Seriously, don’t compare to anyone else but yourself, in any way.

Oh, and if you can’t put in the time, PE is not for you. Think “years” for results, not “weeks”, and you may have a functioning penis in six months. That kind of thinking is a good way to get injured.

Vinter, look at the threads of some of the fast gainers. Find out what they are doing, especially the newbies. I myself am a hard gainer.

Also, do a search on the “LOT Theory”

It’ about time to make your routine longer with more power to it.

F.ex. Make stretch session for 25-30 min (each stretch 1 min) and your jelq session 30 min, this is how I gained 0.7 cm after 7-8 weeks. (For some the newbie routine is just to accustom your dick to the exercise)
