I think that holding the unit in an enlarged or lengthened state is critical in the stages following up your workout. Cool thanks I may try it out. Looks like I’m gonna have to take a break from clamping for a while though cause it seems to be worsening my discolouration. I’m working on some flaccid girth stuff but doesn’t seem promising. Hopefully when my vitamin K oxide cream gets here (for discolouration) that will help.

Mick, I have also found straight vitamin E oil to be very effective at getting rid of a lot of discoloration within a week of nightly application. The higher IU stuff seemed to work a lot better. Here’s an example of one I have used: http://www.amaz … /dp/B00U4ERZ78/

Pumping caused discoloration for me, but I was going up to 15hg.

Hmm never heard of super high IU vitamin E oil. I do have some vitamin E oil but didn’t like the fact that it was incredibly sticky. I’m not sure how many IU’s it is but I’ll check. I know that brand and a store that carries it so I may go get some. I just ordered the vitamin K oxide cream though so I’d probably try that first.

Based on the fact that I have incorporated extreme PE for several years, pumping to over -20 Hg on a regular basis, as well as clamping and engorgement, my discoloration is way off the charts.

Never heard of the vitamin E application, will give it a try and report in a few weeks.

P.S. the IU refers to the quantity not the concentration.

Did you wash your hands or just leave it on? I don’t remember soap getting it off very well. I’ll update on the vitamin k oxide cream after a couple weeks of using it.

It soaks in overnight to the point where it’s almost completely gone, Mick.

Hey Badfish… I meant on your hands when you put it on. I remember having a hard time getting it off. Anyway… just started with this vitamin K oxide stuff… hopefully it works.

Oh, I get it now. Having vitamin E oil on my hands hasn’t bothered me. Soap and water usually takes care of it for me. Maybe try dish soap if your hand soap isn’t cutting it?

I was lacking width, although girth was more than acceptable. (much deeper than wider.)

Over the last month or so have made massive gains in width by doing the following self designed exercise at fullest plump;

Using one hand, with fingers to the underside and thumb across the top, lock down hard right at the base and contain the blood in the shaft so none can go back into the body.
Now using the other hand with an overhand grip- thumb side of the hand facing thumb side of the first hand, kegel and then force blood into the chambers with the outer hand while bending the plumped but flexible shaft upwards, and then back in it’s original direction- very difficult to explain, but from the side, the shaft should go out, then bend back something like 90-110 degrees, then bend back forward again at the top. This extremely high pressure exercise somehow forces blood from the lower chamber via whatever route it needs to take, into the two upper ones, while at the same time widening the penis. This is a very advanced manual exercise- so be careful. The benefit has been quite amazing and appears permanent.
