Guys,

I have been doing PE for several years, made good progress, but I want to now increase width (diameter). I am about 2 ” in width, and want to get to 2.5”.

I have been doing erect ends for a few weeks (downward) and have been adding erect side bends for the last week. Has anyone gained in width by doing erect bends, especially side bends?

Also, if anyone has any advice that targets head girth.

Hi Tiodm96,

I hope you are actually letting the erection subside before bending much (Plumped Bend Video).

I’m not sure you can easily increase the width without increasing the overall girth but you are on the right track working with advanced girth exercises. There are several options on the manual side you should look at: Horse 440, Jelq Squeeze, Sadsak Slinky and Uli #3 are the prime examples.

Beyond that you could consider Clamping and Pumping.

If you want something to target the glans, that’s easier. The Sadsak’s Head Exercise is good and Uli #3 up the shaft will help as well. It’s worth understanding the anatomy of the glans, you have the tips of the CCs and covered by the softer glans and they are supplied separately, The glans are supplied through the CS.

There’s the rolling pin method, which I’m currently giving another go. Basically sit your dick on a table and roll across it with a rolling pin or other round thing. Definitely not the safest exercise, but definitely targets width in particular. I get large width increases after doing these, but they won’t stay that long, so I need to be more consistent with doing them. I do them clamped, but you can do them unclamped.

8-2015 Started- Rock hard 6.5bpel" /6"nbpel x4.25 MEG". Current- 7.25-7.5bpel" x 4.6 base/ shaft girth!!! GOAL- 7.5bpel x 5" MEG/ 5.25"BEG

I started doing the rolling pin twice a week 2-3 sets @ 10-15 minutes after hanging. I really like the results. Just need to be careful when utilizing the clamp.

what kind of increasements do you get while working out or post? a quarter inch wider? have you expierenced any permanent gains?

After soaking in a tub or a hot lamp. I start off with a clamped girth of 5.8-5.9. After my sets I am at 6-6.10in. I use a massage roller pin instead of a food rolling pin. It has a smaller diameter for a better surface area. I am in my second week. The day after I’m hanging fuller and longer. I am going to take this week off as a decon. I need it. But, I will be back to doing the rolling pin. Also, I am at 2.0in. Diameter before clamping and 2.25 after the clamping and rolling pin. Good luck. Be careful when clamped and using the pin.

I’m probably not the best to ask about this cause I haven’t done it that much and I’m not sure if it’s working. I think it would work, but I don’t do it consistently because I’m worried about discolouration and I keep getting lots of red dots from it. When I do it right after I get a really big expansion it width, which mostly goes away maybe within an hour. The next day I’m definitely still bigger, but much less so than right after the workout.

I basically start rolling pretty soft and then go to as hard as I feel comfortable with after a few sets. Each roll is maybe 5 seconds. I just use a bottle about 2.5 inches in diameter now… not an actual rolling pin.

Are you, or have you tried, using some sort of ADC to keep enlarged after that exercise, Mick?

No I haven’t… guess I’d be a bit worried about discolouration, and I also find it a bit uncomfortable. Do you wear one, and if so how tight is it?

It seems logical that this would increase width, but what about the dorsal nerve?

I read that even jelqing you should avoid the ok grip to prevent injury to top of penis and use a modified grip instead.

Is this safe due to the rolling action versus a sliding over action?
