Hello everyone guys.
I hope you are well, I have been training my penis for a long time and I am currently training long but I have been investigating in some places of pe on exercises to gain "width"

What exercises are good for working the width? to make the penis look more intimidating, i’m 13.5cm eg but it looks pretty skinny, only 4cm wide and i’d like to get to 5cm wide.

Jelqing, clamping, or pumping will work for girth. Sometimes your penis will respond to one far better than either of the others.

If you use pumping, stop when edema begins. Once you get edema, the vacuum is just pulling lymphatic fluid in from your abdomen without putting much, if any, sideways stretch on your shaft.

Some folks on here talked about clamping and then while clamped gently squeeze your dick between two flat surfaces. This squeezes your dick to be wider.

I tried this gently but didn’t really go anywhere with it, I thought it was too risky so stopped.

If you search you might find some info on it. From memory I think someone posted a link to a Reddit where people have made devices to do this.

One may also consider a proper sized elliptical tube for pumping. Just don’t be afraid of getting wrong size

Clamping is a very high-intensity action, and it may cause penis injury if it is too long, you can try it with a short clamping, and I would like to ask why you think it is not working
