Depends. If you have a constant discoloration then no they won’t even notice it. If you have discolored spots on different locations around the penis then they might find it strange.

What do you base that on? A one woman poll?

A lot of women are very visual and i guarantee to some it would definitely get to them and some wont even notice and/or care. Thats too much of a generalization. Its kinda like saying all women love cheerios.
