Does anyone know if men have gained girth with an extender? The extender claims you can but you can claim a lot of things.

Theoretically, you should be able to. If you’re causing enough micro-trauma to induce the healing process, that healing cannot be directed in a single dimension. If you’re putting existing tissues under enough stress to prompt the generation of any new tissues, whether they are keratin or scar tissue, you should see those tissues expand in all directions to at least some degree. All length gains should in theory come with at least minimal girth gains, and vice versa.

I actually got crafty when it came to my body as well due to the pandemic. I decided to surprise my wife by ordering a penile extender, and I can say that it worked pretty well.

Are you talking about the mechanical extender (stretcher) or the rubber extender (extension sleeve)?

Can you expand on how well it worked?
