Working out and ADS

Has anyone experience any problems while working out and wearing an ADS?

Yes, I have. It all depends on the type of ADS you will use, of course. Any thing that holds your dick in a "noose" manner will put you on the dangerous side. I have experienced numbness from using a few noose style ADS.
