Working out while sore ok?
I am doing a 5 on 2 off routine stretching in the morning and jelqing at night. Well this monday I added in a little hanging using a 2.5lb ankle/wrist weight for 3 20min sessions. Yesterday and today i had alot of soreness (good soreness), not hurting or anything. I would think that it would be beneficial if i continue with my stretching even though i am sore to keep everything really strecthed out. What do you guys think?
