Wrapping to prevent turtling?
I’ve searched on the board for some real answers to turtling and wrapping after PE and I can’t seem to find some anything difinitive. I’ve read about how some of the senior members wrap to prevent turtling and they say that turtling is evil and we should all strive to avoid it. I PE’d this morning and I’m wearing a part of an ace bandage to prevent turtling and I have to say it is working well. So what’s the major benefit to avoiding turtling? Should I wrap after ever PE session to prevent it? If I don’t wrap, will the turtling take away my gains? Thanks for answering my questions.
