Not saying for everybody but I noticed that I’ve been doing real great lately with length work 6 days on one day off and then a good 30 minute squeeze/ horse/Jelq routine everyother day. I now am no longer able to connect my index finger and thumb around midshaft on full E. Amonth ago I could!

I am glad to see a 0ne one-One off worked for you. Could you give more details regarding your workout? How much length and girth have you gained?

Are you comparing your current workout with a previous one?

What I’m trying to ask is have you ever worked length only and if so are your length gains as consistent now.

I’ve been a length first follower for three months but considering a routine change.

Right now You can still hear debates going on about the frequency of PE. Some say everyday……some say 1 on 1 off or whatever. For every strategy for gains, there is always someone who gained in a different way. This is something that i have accepted. BUT, in trying all different types of focuses, I’ve noticed that for me, length comes easier when I work on it everyday. Right now i’ve been doing Johan/DLD type stretches except I uses the bib hanger attached to a fixed point(bedpost, heavy dumbell 70lbs or more or just anything that is solidly fixed to the ground or wall. Shit, you can find a stud in your wall and drill in an eye loop if it makes you happy) by a thick string or rope. I do 2 20 minute sets which blast my ligs in an uncool way.

Right now length is my focus because I’m not quite at 7” yet (NBP) but my girth is well above average at 6.25 below head and 6.5 at base. And I used to attack my girth everyday making slow but steady progress. Until I tried 1 on 1 off. I did heavy squuezes and horses and amazingly gained about .5 inches all around in my dick in a period of less than three months. So I’m slowing down bigtime on girth until UI get my length I want. Not to be cocky but I feel with this routine that I can easily get 7” girth once I’m happy with my length which I want 8” of dick outside of my body.

For me it was the opposite: I was in a girth plateau for a long time, and only when I started doing 2 sessions a day instead of 1, I broke the plateau and gained 0.3 an inch in girth in 1 month. (I’m now on the second month of this new routine and haven’t measured yet)

On top of the fact that we have contradicting routines working for different people, there is also the many other parameters that you can (and should) add to the equation if you want to be as scientific as possible. (How long have you been doing it for, how long have you been in a plateau, other changes in your body that might effect your gains, a different grip or any other seemingly small detail that might be of significance, etc.)

Sometimes it’s frustrating that we don’t have more concrete knowledge.

So until there will be a real scientific research into PE, we can only go a certain way in really understanding it. And maybe it will prove to be such a complex and individual process that we will never know for sure?

Having said that, I do think there is a lot of great PE info that originated from this sharing of ideas in internet forums, and it’s a beautiful example of the resourcefulness of humans (or should I say - men? :) )

Im confused. Not by what you guys are saying, but with what I`m experiencing. I guess I need to pay closer attention to workouts and progress.

I was clamping for about six weeks and fell in love with the process, only to read that I would be geting girth gains at the expense of length gains….which I didn`t want.

So I stopped clamping period and have been focussing on mechanical stretching and ads with a length of romex wire…which is really comfortable and I have even been able to wear it while riding my bike (in baggy mountain bike shorts).

I intend on measuring at the end of june to update myself on progress. I`m so close to that 7” goal that it pushes me to do more and stay consistant.

I measure 6 3/4” bpel and 6 7/8” semi flaccid, which suggests to me that the final 10% erection swells my dick more and takes length away. Oh well. One has to live with what one is given and PE with discipline!
