Your daily routines.
Now I know I’m not injured I’m gonna start a new routine.I was try to keep things simple ans d do the below 7 days a week.
Warmup= 10 minute rice sock.
Clamping= 3x10 minutes.
Drys= 150
Ulis=20 slow.
Now I’m not sure about this routine and want a change.I like to work my wee man 7 days a week and id like to know from any guys who pe daily what there routines are or what any of you guys think would be good.I’m maybe gonna start stretching too because iv always hated it but I hink id gain more if I did. Also should I do a girth only or sretch only routine as one might take away from the other. I want both lenghth and gith but girth more.
