This is my girth routine done about 6 days per week:
AM: 15 minutes clamping, while doing Uli’s, squashes, and two handed squeezes as many as possible
PM: 40 minutes clamping, same as above. 20-30 minutes pumping afterwards, 5hg.
That’s about 1-1.5hrs girth work daily. It took about 8 months of clamping to condition myself for this type of workload. I think if a newbie were to try this he’d be experiencing some serious discoloration and maybe ED. The gains have been very good, went through a bout of bad discoloration, but haven’t had any problems recently, everything’s going perfect. I made sure to very gradually increase intensity and volume, and that’s kept me clear of any problems. I don’t think I will do any more work than this, this is my max. I will probably scale it down quite a bit once I get another .25” EG or so.
