The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

2 years later, 300+ hrs in with Penimaster vacuum traction device - ZERO GAINS!

Why in the studies they never used warming up or lamps or anything like that? And studies showed growth.

The studies generally use a pretty small sample size but just enough for statistic significance. Also studies show a projected result if you do everything like in the studies. I think you already mentioned the most likely cause of you not getting gains: you stretched your foreskin instead of your dick.

Which study has ever shown gains with low tension and 300 hours applied over 2 years?

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

The study you are referring to enrolled only 15 patients, and did not comment on erect length gains. Gains in flaccid and stretched measurements.

That said, I’ve had an inch gain by hanging for 20-30” followed by 3+ hours
Per day of an extender. About 4 days per week. Heat your package up with a rice sock, try manual stretches followed immediately by the extender. Put in 2 months of 4 hours a day and see what you get.

Starting 7/2018 : 6.75(BPEL)x5.5(MEG)x6(BEG) 6(NBPEL)

Current: 8(BPEL)x6 (MEG) x6.6(BEG) 7.25(NBPEL)

I can’t use the rice sock. What other methods of heating are there?

05.10.2018: NBEL 15.5cm (6.1 inch), NBEG 14cm (5.5 inches), BPEL 18.5 (7.28 inch).

Extending via penimaster 2h-4h a day.

Goal: NBEL 8x6 inches

I think that the problem with penis extenders is they encourage the use of too much force that causes the tissues to constrict after taking off the device and then remodel to a smaller size. If that’s what’s going on, using them with their high force settings would be taking one step forward and one step back perpetually while also building up scar tissue.

Try measuring your erect penis, then using a stretcher, then measuring again immediately after and the next day.

If you reach the point of loss of tug back, immediately after your erection will be longer, but the next day it will be significantly shorter than normal. That’s my experience. If you’re using the extender regularly, you might have to wait a week before your erection is of normal length.

In the studies, they probably were strict about using the extenders at a low force setting. But the thing about that it is much easier to use a hanger with a set amount of weight and a set amount of force to do that.

It seems like the best way to get the penis to grow is to use a little bit of force to keep it elongated for long periods of time, but not enough force to cause it to have an injury response where the tissues contract.

What is “loss of tug” back? Does it even exist?

I can adjust traction force on my extender.

There is no study that has ever showed the penis shrinking from stretch therapy/extending.

You know, now that I am looking at the description, I’m not sure I’m even using the right term.

Bib’s LOT Theory 101

I thought loss of tug back was when you stretch the penis to such a degree that when you remove force it doesn’t retract.

Normally when you pull on the penis hard, the erect length is shortened for a little while. But I’ve stretched my penis at high enough force for enough time that it doesn’t shorten until the next day and it’s the same length when flaccid as erect and is significantly longer when measured erect immediately after stretching. The downside to doing this that I’ve noticed is that it shortens my penis by about .25” for several days afterwards.

Sounds like contracting muscles in the penis muscular base. I try to think of the actual penis tissue and ligament tissue that with consistent stretching over a long period will elongate, then it doesnt matter if you get a contraction the day after, you are still stretching and making it longer in the long run.

That might be the case.

I’m still investigating the methods that cause temporary enlargement under the premise that temporary enlargement causes an increase to the tissue dimensions over time. Things that cause a temporary reduction in size might work if done repetitively, I’m just not sure I’m willing to investigate something that might cause set backs or injury when I’m getting results from things that improve PI.

My erect penis length actually is shorter for a few days after using a penis extender.

I use a light weight hanger. .5 lb. And I wear it comfortably for hours at a time under my clothes. After a few hours I can feel pain in the shaft from it stretching out. I also use light pumping, 20 minutes at 5 inHg every other day. The real challenge of PE seems to be to avoid doing too much PE. There seems to be a narrow window of PE that produces consistent growth after your newbie gains are exhausted.

Hi Sigmoid not trying to hijack this thread, I haven’t been on here for a long long time, but I would be interested to know the name of the hanger you are using, I used the ring hangers in the past with a wrap and I used to wear an ADS, that I got from eBay years ago which used a simple silicone cup and leg strap, and I also bought bibs hanger that I used maybe 10 times was a bit tricky to get used to,thanks.

Right now the kind of hanger I use is a U-bolt type. To make them you find an appropriate size U-bolt and plate and attach as many screws or whatever to it to the desired weight. Because I use a low weight, it’s not necessary to do wraps around the penis and instead I simply use micropore tape over the metal parts that touch the penis to avoid unnecessary friction. This kind of hanger is very easily to put on and take off, though removing micropore tape and cleaning it every few days is a minor hassle. I’ve found that I can wear this in public, while walking, and instead off becoming an awkward bulge in my pants it actually minimizes the appearance of my genitals by pulling the penis downward. Granted I don’t wear shorts outside of the house and I wear pants with a lot of crotch room, it would be awkward if you were wearing tight fitting pants.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, I only had to wear a wrap just to keep the weights on, they were doughnut weights I think they were called and I think it was a kind of conditioning before moving on to hanging.

When I first started this carry on a few years back I think initially I got some gains, cause I still have a stretch mark lol but I don’t know if it was just skin or actual ligament growth, because I wasn’t very accurate with measurements and what not and I think I played around with a few things on and off for two years or so then just stopped.

So is there any instructions anywhere to make this contraption, or should I just Google you bolt hanger, BTW you seem to have gotten great results with the hanger is that all you’ve done cheers.

Some people cant gain length because they have a “steel-cord” anatomic structure inside their penis. Its a known thing.

Penimaster benefits from using it at low tension as Sigmoid is stating, and for longer hours. I used it for 8-12 hours a day, 400-650 grams and I had results.

But notice 300 hours is the goal for 1 month of use, and you migth expect to gain 1-2milimetres. So if you spread that over 2 years, you wont grow.
It´s like doing one biceps training ever week, 4 trainings a month: you will have progress when the month is over. But if you do 4 trainings over 2 years, 1 training every 6 months: zero results.

In other words, you neglected the penimaster usage so bad, that you never even learnt how to use it properly. You have to retract foreskin and introduce the glans only, not the foreskin.
If you have the foreskin inside, the vacuum will collect fluid in the foreskin but the glans will pull backward, leaving the foreskin as cushion for the negative pressure inside the ball, creating even less impact in the target tissues and no stretch whatsoever.

So:
1.- LEARN TO USE YOUR EQUIPMENT PROPERLY
2.- PUT SERIOUS HOURS IN IT. NO REST DAYS WITH EXTENDER
3.- Start with low tension, aim for many hours
4.- Then if stagnation comes, you can rest 10 days ever 3 months o extending.
