So if you spread that over 2 years, you wont grow.
It´s like doing one biceps training ever week, 4 trainings a month: you will have progress when the month is over. But if you do 4 trainings over 2 years, 1 training every 6 months: zero results.
In other words, you neglected the penimaster usage so bad, that you never even learnt how to use it properly. You have to retract foreskin and introduce the glans only, not the foreskin.
If you have the foreskin inside, the vacuum will collect fluid in the foreskin but the glans will pull backward, leaving the foreskin as cushion for the negative pressure inside the ball, creating even less impact in the target tissues and no stretch whatsoever.
So:
1.- LEARN TO USE YOUR EQUIPMENT PROPERLY
2.- PUT SERIOUS HOURS IN IT. NO REST DAYS WITH EXTENDER
3.- Start with low tension, aim for many hours
4.- Then if stagnation comes, you can rest 10 days ever 3 months o extending.
100e99% THIS.
When I first glanced the thread I thought it would be a bit harder to debug, thought I read 2 years and 3000+ hours but nope… 300 hours over 2 years. Just for reference there is 17530 hours aprox. in 2 years. That means over 2 years he did about 0.017% of time towards using a stretcher. Looking at other ADS users clocked times we can for example say if a person only used it around 3 hours a day on average (being conservative by considering longer days up to 8 hours and off days alike) that would put them at closer to 2190 hours over 2 years, which would net the person 0.125% of their time spent doing PE over those 2 years, just stretching. That’s close to a 10x increase, and with something as time intensive as stretching to see results means everything. Not even account for improper use of the equipment; the sheer lack of time spent using it is enough to pin this thread as a example of what not to do when starting PE. Not to be harsh but seriously thats 2 years down the drain doing essentially nothing only to run back and call studies and user research into question?

Dj your actually a good example for what picture i was trying to paint, from your footer in your post it looks like youve seen decent results, and the most polarizing difference is the time you’ve chosen to dedicate to it.
