By 30 mins/day you are gonna gain some EQ and temporary flaccid size.
You need 3h minumum in order to make EL gains.

I’ll do three hours per day

The new restorex recommends for 30 mins per day so I thought it but me good

The RestoreX recommends 2X30 mins/day and its using a big tension.

In penimaster you can use big tension as well…

I’ll be following it as per the book with 3 hrs pr day

How much rest is recommended?

Start with 2on 1 off and after a month go for 3on 1 off

Is it too much if I fit in a bathmate in the routine?

In my case pumping ( water or air) is creating stiffer tissues for 3 days… so this is taking me backwards with extending.

Test and see what happens to you.

I’ll leave that to another day then today will be my first day on extender for three hours

Are you using this in combination with a Jelq &/or manual stretch routine?

My routine and s 3 hours a day Monday to Friday and 6 hours a day sat and sun is this enough to gain plus I keep getting erections when I am wearing the device

Ashepherd; it could be enough to gain some. How much gain is impossible to predict. Getting erection when wearing the extender is pretty normal. I still get erection everytime I put it on, after 10 years plus.

yeh it’s weird the erections come and go but it does feel good though how much have you gained that is the only trouble during the week I only have time for 3 hours I could try sleeping with my phallosan forte belt on
