Help with quick routine, I only have 10 mins a day
Hello.
I noticed some extreme gains! Absolutely crazy. I have been PE for about 3 months. (Lost my previous acc.) Gained nothing in BPEL. I’ve been jelqing really hard and working out hard, with some lotion. Sometime I do some stretching. Usally I jelq for about 20 minutes, (a full family guy episode). And sometimes I take a wank afterwards.
But I don’t have time to do PE more than 10 minutes a day, my girlfriend is killing me. So the thing is a need quick routine. Do you think it is possible to still Gain even if just PE 10 mins a day?
And is the “hot wrap” really that important? Please let me know your secrets and what do you think? I will be grateful for all posts
