Hello.

I noticed some extreme gains! Absolutely crazy. I have been PE for about 3 months. (Lost my previous acc.) Gained nothing in BPEL. I’ve been jelqing really hard and working out hard, with some lotion. Sometime I do some stretching. Usally I jelq for about 20 minutes, (a full family guy episode). And sometimes I take a wank afterwards.
But I don’t have time to do PE more than 10 minutes a day, my girlfriend is killing me. So the thing is a need quick routine. Do you think it is possible to still Gain even if just PE 10 mins a day?
And is the “hot wrap” really that important? Please let me know your secrets and what do you think? I will be grateful for all posts

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

What about Tom Hubbard routine:

If it were me, I would jelq for ten minutes a day, really making sure the technique and intensity were spot-on. A lot of people are going to disagree with this, but I’ve never really found that a warm up or warm down made much of a difference, so I wouldn’t spend any time on those. Just ten minutes of jelqs. I would then find another few minutes here and there throughout the day to fit in some manual stretches. It can’t be that hard for you to find a minute or two in the restroom, right? Of course, kegels can be done anytime/anywhere, so that part should be easy.

I will modify my reply. If you were to do 10 minutes of jelq per day, it would at least condition your cock so that when when you did get extra alone time, you could easily extend your jelq routine to 20-30 minutes without negative impact.

If you do jelq for 10 minutes per day, be careful not to over do it by using too much force in an effort to force gains. You will only cause injury that will initially show up as excessive red spots from broken capillaries.

Hot shower, 5 minutes to clean yourself and warm up, 10-15 minutes Jelq under the hot shower maybe?

Stretching 2 minutes each time you go to the toilet.

That is what I would do.

1. Why is the “hot wrap” important? If my cock is already warm, the temperature of the room, or maybe more, do I still need to warm it up?

2. The 2 minute stretch, which stretch should I focus when I do my 2 minute stretch in the bathroom.

A hot wrap, or rice sock, or infra red lamp, will heat up the tissue and reduce the possibility of an injury, it will also give the added bonus of making gains easier for you.
