Since I started doing my stuff again, btw it’s been going better then before and I am seeing bpfsl gains finally, I am doing a manual focused routine mainly, combined with clamping and pumping once or twice per week. I am finally seeing length gains in the tube when pumping but I use higher pressures than 15hg in order to do so, eitherway, I would literally never see 1cm, or more like I see now, in the tube whatever I would do, now I finally do.
I haven’t been hanging anymore, I’ve only been doing sets with 0,5kg, but very rarely. I don’t like hanging anymore like I used to, only hard manual stretching and other things, but the only thing I can be very sure is going good for me now is the manual focused stretching I’ve been doing. Maybe hanging 0,5kg every now and then could help, but I only do it once or twice every week if at all, I go by how my penis feels mostly and avoid stuff that feels like it will guide stiffness or similar PIs.
