A new extending program with great mfsl gains

I d like to speak about an extending program that I descovered that has added me 7mm of fsl in just 5 days.

I was always extending with 1h sets and then some rest of 10-20 mins and then back on for the ext 1h set and so on. (the classic extender program).
Usually my total volume was 4 to 6h.
I had also used heat while extending with no better results.

The last 5 days I am doing this:
20 mins set
2 mins break with light massaging and using heat at the same time
20 mins set
2 mins break with light massaging and using heat at the same time
20 min set.

I am doing 1 session of 3X20 in the morning / 1 of 3X20 in the mid day / 1 of 3X20 in the night. ( total volume 3h/day).
Day 1=3 sessions (1 morning/1mid day/1night)
Day 2=3 sessions (1 morning/1mid day/1night)
Day 3=1 session (only in the night).
And so on…

I have been doing this for just 5 days I have gained +7mm of mfsl.(had to add 0,5cm rod yeterday).
Never again in the past by using 1h sessions and doing sessions back to back gave me these fast and big gains in mfsl and also my Pis are great and my flaccid is huge.

Now as of why I think that this is working by delivering so big and fast mfsl gains?
Simply because it keeps the dick in a healthy stretchable state without triggering the stiff and contracted state of the protective mechanism.
Short sets
Heat and massage to relax again between sets
Sessions far from each other for better recuperation
Low total volume.
On the “Rest day” just 1 session to keep the mfsl gains and not go back

I ll continue for sure doing this…Haven t measured EL cause its too early.

Just an idea for you to test if you have poor results with the classic extending programs.

What does each set comprise of? I have been mulling over using heat, but with summer here, I am reluctant.

2 more days have passed +2mm more MFSL

So 7 days +9mm MFSL.

I am impressed. These fast mfsl gains never happened with 1h back to back sessions in the past.
I am leaving at least 4h breaks between sessions.( morning-mid day-night).
I also edged a little today and EL seemed longer.
I ll measure after 2 more weeks.

Those gains in BPFSL must get you gains in BPEL as well.

I have already posted the reasons of WHY this is working but today I realized one more reason that is also vital.
I ll try to explain…
Lets say Point A= flaccid length without stretching and Point F= MFSL
So we have this:
A B C D E F

Now when we are doing 20 mins multiple sessions we are stretching the points B C D E ( the stretched lengths between A and F)multiple times and the result is an overall stretchiness which leads to faster and bigger MFSL.

You’re on a row of starting very useful threads. Extending for 20m instead of an hour would have never caught my mind as better because I was too hyped on all the “longer sets are much better than short sets” talk. Thank you, keep up your good work.

Twenty minute sets with no more than 1.50 lbs. of force, this is definitely a new approach to PE!

The X4’s lowest load spring set hits no less than 1200 grams of force at the first/lowest tension line, which is about 2.6 lbs. So the X4 might not be compatible with this low tension method.

I hope to see some gains for those that follow your approach.

Its definitely a safe protocol.

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

I m on 2 weeks summer vacation in my island house with my gf.

This means that we are having sex every day and we are going for swimming and clubbing and we are most of the day away from home.

I am able to do only 1 session instead of 3 and this is only keeping my mfsl … which makes me happy.

I ll start doing the 3 sessions after the vacation … so then I ll report about gains.
