Attaching Vacuum Cup To Extender

Hi everyone. I’ve been using a vacuum cup extender for about 6 months now and I have experienced great gains with it. I’ve been attaching the vacuum cup to the extender using the silicone noose that comes with the extender. I thread the noose through the holes in the end piece of the extender and the metal wire loop on the vacuum cup. This works really well because I can adjust the tension and pull tightener in the middle of a session if I feel that I need to extend farther. The only problem is that after a month or so the silicone noose snaps because it gets worn down. Now I’m out of silicone noose pieces and I can’t get any more at the moment. What is the best alternative that I can use to attach the vacuum cup to my extender? I’ve tried using a carabiner but I don’t feel like I get enough tension with it.

If you just want more noose material, McMaster has something quite similar.

I bought https://www.mcm aster.com/nav/e … artnum=96505K25 for my X4. It’s a little on the thick side, which might actually make it work better.

Aside from replacing the silicone strap, the first thing that came to mind is a split ring keychain.

Can you share your picture of vacuum cup extender ? I would like to try it too xD
