So I have a cheap Chinese knock-off vacuum stretcher, which have worked pretty well.

But I did buy the vacuum cup a bit too small kinda constricting my glans when extending/stretching.

So I bought a bigger one. When I did I found this alternative cup. I’ve tried to search around to find answers but I did not find any.

My thoughts was that this was to promote glans getting bigger? I hope someone can help me! :)

I’m attaching two pictures of it. What is its purpose, and what does it benefit? How do I use it? Where should the frenulum point inside the cup?

I have never seen that device before. Why did you buy it if you don’t know what it’s for? Didn’t the seller describe what it does?
