I bought the Pro Extender from a seller in Hong Kong on EBay. A fraction of the price of the genuine JES extender, It is an exact copy even down to the instruction manual having the JES name on it. No patent or copyright laws on the JES?
I consider I have had excellent gains using it. Especially the girth at the base, a gain of 1 & 5/8” in just three months I am now at 5 3/4 inches girth. My goal was only 6 inches only a 1/4” to go.
The gains in the length are not so great. I am an older man who had a case of Peyronies many years ago which shortened my penis by about 2 inches erect.
I was only 5 3/16” when I started traction. With a lot of encouragement from my girlfriend I have managed to get my cock up to 6 3/4” a gain of 1 & 9/16”
The comfort level of the extenders silicon strap is not good. I had a lot of pain around my head when I first started, I would use the flat strap on alternate days but it would slip off after an hour or even less time. I then resorted to wrapping the noose with soft cotton cloth like a bandage to stop the cutting feeling on my cock. It worked, I find it quiet comfortable now, I can sleep with it on.
The springs are not very accurate they are far to strong for the rods, in fact 900, 1200 &1500 grams of traction only move the markers to the first marker. I can gauge the tension by the strain on the silicon head band, even with the cotton bandage wrapping it can hurt when it has 1600 grams of force pulling on it.
It can’t be worn while I work so I wear it mainly at night & when I sleep. It’s even uncomfortable to walk around with it on & sitting down is not good either, with all that scaffolding hanging of my cock.
My measurements are taken with an erection as I find the flaccid penis can vary depending on so many factors like temperature, mood & what you are doing/thinking.
Length measurements are pelvic bone pressed, but not hard; my Girl friend can take all I have & is encouraging me to go for 8 inches. How long will that take?

I am also using a knockoff extender off EBay cost about $30.00 have been at it a couple hours a day 5 days a week for a couple months. My flaccid stretch is definitely longer, not sure if my erect length is or not. I also pump an hour a night 4 or 5 times a week. I have a shorter tendon on the left side of my penis that bends it to the left and cheats me of length. When I am in the extender I measure just over 8” bone pressed. The right side of my penis is very loose and soft, the left side is under tension and stretching. I try to extend more on the left side than the right to stretch out that tendon. I feel if I can get the left side to stretch out as far as the right side could I would likely surpass 9 inches. Hoping the extender is the way to soften and stretch that left tendon.

Supposedly they have upgraded their silicone sleeves, and the comfort level is suppose to be amazing. I used a Size Genetics off/on but it was too uncomfortable to wear for long due to the noose. I can’t say how much if any it helped me gain. I was doing manuals a lot back then too.
