Best penis extender/stretcher 2018

Ok, just wanted to know how much time have you been wearing extenders prior to this. Maybe you were already used to the uncomfy one (was it noose type?) that made you feel so comfy on vac type this time. :) So it’s invisible too? What were you wearing? Could it pass under slim fit to skinny pants?

It has been ages ago so I don’t exactly know. Yes just manuals but much of it I attribute to being new to PE and being young. :D

Yeah, there’s a general negative sentiment for noose types.

Expensive but, always in one piece for over 4 years.

Conbined with jelq and squeeze gave me 2 inches more so far.

So X4 is really comfortable despite its being a noose type? Did you also get the comfort strap from them?

It has both noose and comfort straps ( 2 of each type), both of which were included in the kit. I use the comfort strap mainly.

Saying its really comfortable would be pushing it, I find the comfort ok to good when wearing it. Yes it felt a little wierd at first but just like changing jobs, your body needs a few to adjust to the changes/movements so it is ok with it.

Just to clarify. The VLC Tugger is not bad, as in Male Edge - bad.
The VLC Tugger does work, but it is sub-optimal. This is because it relies on creating a vacuum around the penis head via the foreskin which has to be stretched as much as possible over the penis head and then being retained by a silicone cone over the foreskin. It is therefore just as much the foreskin that stretches as it is the penis it self.

The main reason for this construction is, that the VLC Tugger wad originally designed for foreskin restoration, but people found out, that it could also work for PE. When I bought the VLC Tugger back in 2015, was not aware of the existence of any other types of ADS than the VLC Tugger and the classic torture instruments with nooses. Because of that, it was a step up the ladder of comfort, and worked fairly when I wrapped a gaze band around the device and my penis shaft, securing the Tugger to my penis. This minimised slippage, which had always been a major issue, and generally prevented the use of the VLC Tugger outside of home or office desk. However the more or less discrete ADS-bulge on the thigh did not become smaller with the security-wrapping, so the VLC Tugger will never be a real ADS, suitable for out of home use.

Slippage, skin pinching and foreskin pulling is the major issues with the VLC Tugger, even though the first two can be somewhat eliminated by a proper wrapping on top of the device.

I bought my extender about a year after starting my P.E.
I think that my gains come from the conbination of (jelq - squeeze) and my andropenis that I wear more than 4000 hours so far.

For me I don’t seem able to get more than 6hrs a day but that’s through issues around wearing at work. I also wouldn’t recommend wearing it for long durations where you don’t have the opportunity to remove it in case of issues. Made some alterations now, no metal parts and using a tension chord rather than a weight. I have to go through metal detectors. Getting the tension chord right seems tricky though, especially as you walk. The constant jolting seems to dislodge it slightly. Based on some measurements I’ve determined the chord I’m using takes 1lb of force to stretch it 7cm. That’s more than enough if I’m wearing it all day. Planning to wear it consistently for the next few months and report back on results. It’s amazing how many little problems you have to work through when trying to perfect something!

After having the vacextender for a longer period of time my final thoughts are just eh. It was too snug for me personally (especially the black silicone part) and whatever $20 extender you can get with it is just a pain because of how cheap it is. If you have a good extender already the system seems like a good addition but the penimaster pro system seems like a similar concept but actually done right, haven’t tried it though just going off of looks.

Also the sizing for the vacextender cups is stupid imo. They could send you one of each size “cup” for pennies on the dollar (considering the system is about $160 for a $20 extender, some silicone, and a plastic cup with a straw) but instead they make you take measurements to try to guesstimate which one you’ll fit. My measurements put me right at the upper end of medium but pretty well below what they had listed for the large size, and when the medium got here it didn’t even cover my head. I emailed the support email address that they used to answer my shipping questions, I asked if I could purchase a large size cup because the medium cup was basically making the system unusable to me for anything over 30 minutes because of chaffing.

It’s been like 3 months and I haven’t heard anything so I’m probably just going to throw this system away except the silicone sleeves because the rest of it is just useless unless I want to cut my circulation off. Definitely a bit of a bummer but I don’t want to say the system is outright terrible just because of my experience.
