Cracked Glans Not Dry

Hi,

I have used vacuum devices in the past along with pumping and my glans progressively gets more and more cracked and its starting to look so bad I quit PE all together. It doesn’t hurt, its not dry or irritated it just has deep cracks and grooves all over and just looking at it makes me uncomfortable. I have tried coconut oil, Vaseline and all kinds of hydrating lotion for weeks/months on end but nothing seems to help the appearance. Does anyone have this condition and if so can you please give me some tips to make it smooth again? I am circumcised and have even tried wearing a band-aid on it to replicate foreskin but nothing works.

Try Squalane.

I had a similar problem using a vacuum extender. It was never an issue with an ordinary pump.

Some light massage and most of the wrinkling/fissuring would go away in half an hour or so. After a few weeks it wasn’t happening as bad. If it keeps improving, it won’t be an issue in a month or so.

Following up, the “walnut effect” is no longer happening, even though I cranked up the tension and duration in the meantime.
