Cracked glans. Want smooth

I am uncircumcised and the glans of my penis looks as if it is cracked. I was wondering if there was any way to make it smooth and shiny all round.

I hope it is more like skin wrinkles and not actual cracks. The first thing I would try is some hand lotion/cream.

I doubt there is a way.

I might have an Idea what you’re talking about. The glans look like dry land, right?(google image search dry land) I have them too. I believe they’re growth “scars”.

Are you referring to a keratinized glans? If so merely keep your glans completely covered at all times by your foreskin, except for when you urinate obviously. The glans is a mucous membrane and needs to be kept covered in order to remain moist.

Yeah it pretty much does look like dry land if that’s what it reminds you of. And yes keratinized glans does look like the right thing.

It’s weird though because my glans is almost always covered unless I masterbate. Should I just stop masterbating completely. And I normally just use a bar of soap to clean. Is this possibly drying it out?

You should never use soap on your glans, just water is sufficient.

I’d guess that enlarging the glans would make skin tighter and therefore smoother. Just a guess though, the guys who’ve gained a lot of girth will probably have valuable insight on the matter.

Use Dove soap. It is 1/4 moisturizing cream.
