Involuntary Kegels and sensitive glans

Involuntary Kegels and sensitive glans

I’ve been doing some thinking and reading over the last couple of days. For those who don’t know, it seems like there is a minority of people who are impacted negatively from doing kegels. Instead of making them last longer, it gives them involuntary kegels, which may cause premature ejaculation. I’ve made a couple of threads and read others’ threads about this problem and it seems like there is no clear solution to this. Reverse kegeling may help a little, but it is not very ideal, often doesn’t work, and is not an actual cure to the problem, just a temporary thing to do.

Now what I’m thinking is that it’s kind of weird that the BC muscle would work differently for people. What about the possibility that sensitive glans is actually the cause of involuntary kegels? When your body kegels, it is telling you that you are close to ejaculation. I believe one of the symptoms of people with hyper-sensitive glans (other than pain) is premature ejaculation. Now I don’t really have very sensitive glans, but now that I think about it, mine are probably more sensitive than they should be. When I rub my shaft, I never have a problem of kegeling, only with the glans.

What I plan to do is lightly rub my glans everyday for two-four weeks. I will start at 10 minutes with light pressure once a day, and increase this in volume, pressure, and sets. The way I rub the glans, there is never too much pain, but it is slightly above what is in my comfortable zone so that I am gradually progressing.

Anybody with the same problem as me feel free to try this as well. I will post results in a couple of days, sooner if there are any noticeable results.

A few clarifications:

I am circumsized, which makes me wonder if this is in fact my problem, but I have a good feeling about this. The more I think about it, the more I believe that my problem is at least partially caused by sensitive glans

For the rubbing, I encompass the whole glans, focusing for 10-20 seconds on one side, than moving on, eventually doing a whole circle and going around again. I also rub the glans from the bottom till the tip. Going down is a little bit harder, and rubbing all around is just very irritating to the skin.

You could be on to something with this, good thinking

I am very new to all this, so I am going to try the kegels first.. As I am fully aware that I tense up - I have been consciously trying to stop that during masturbation and so far I am starting to be able to (although I can’t fully stop it altogether yet)

If I find after a month I still can’t fully control this - or I can control this and it as not helped.. I will try this idea, always good to have a plan B

Cheers for sharing the idea

Kegels are connected to glans. To check for nerve damage, uros squeeze the glans and look for the kegel reaction.

I have been struggling with this also. I recently made another thread about it. I have also noticed that when I touch my shaft I don’t get the contractions or at least not for a long time. However, if I stroke my glans I do. I figured this out a few weeks ago, I noticed that my glans was super sensitive if I rubbed it during masturbation. So what I did was this. Lubed up for masturbation and mainly focused on the Glans. I would encompass the Glans with my hand and sort of twist my hand around it if you understand what I mean. At first I could only last about 30 seconds doing this! But after a few weeks I managed to up this time to about 10 minutes.

So I am hoping that this might be the problem and that the solution is just getting used to these new sensations.

Cruzz if you’ve been doing this for a few weeks already you should have gotten some results. 10 minutes is a good amount of time. Do you still get your involuntary kegels? Have they gotten easier to control?

I still get my involuntary kegels and no they are not easier to control. I may be able to keep them away for longer but as soon as they start I have no control. However I think that I have managed to delay the onset of when they start to contract. I don’t know if this has worked until the next time I have sex but until then I will hope that this has worked and I will keep you posted!

Hmm that’s a bit discouraging. You went from 30 seconds to 10 minutes without ideal results. Oh well, I’ll still continue with my routine.

I wouldn’t say it’s discouraging. Everyone gets these contractions, it’s what happens when you reach the point of no return, it’s completely normal. The thing we want to do is delay this and I think I have been able to achieve that.

Updates?
