He he, penis sensitivity is an issue for people who suffer from premature ejaculation (as I did some time ago), so this is not 2 flies in one slap :-)

If I kegel during jelging, do I do a quick one, or hold the kegel for a few seconds?

Because when I do it, the initial squeeze seems to put alot of blood in, would holding the kegel make any difference..

While jelqing you shouldn’t hold the kegels. To do a kegel to get more blood in the penis is ok.
