Easy cheap ADS
Ok here’s my contribution to the many homemade ADS.
Hopefully the pictures make it all fairly obvious but in case they don’t here’s what you need.
A length of round cord or shoelace ideally 3mm diameter.
About a 6” length of 10mm diameter silicone tubing ( tried 8mm first but it cut in and was uncomfortable )
A cord lock like you find on bags, rucksacks and coats.
Some elastic shock cord.
A knee strap, I made one from some webbing but a dog collar would do fine.
You simply run the shoelace through the silicone then through the cord lock then tie a knot in it.
Then loop some shock cord through the shoelace and tie a knot in it.
Easy.
The trick is getting everything the right length.
First you want to wrap behind the head with a bit of cloth, old t shirt works well, then you want to trim the silicone so that when it’s tight on it doesn’t quite encircle the shaft, you want a gap of about 1/4”
This seems to allow enough circulation that you don’t get numb or cold.
Then you want enough length in the shoelace that when you loosen the noose it fits easily over your glans.
Lastly you need to adjust the shock cord to give you the right amount of tension, just trial and error really. I hung a kilo weight of mine and tried to replicate the feeling with the shock cord.
That’s it really, everything to make this came from an old rucksack that someone threw out at the gym and the silicone from an offcut of pump tubing.
I had a look and you can get all these parts from ebay or Amazon for very cheap.
I’ve worn this no problem for up to 4 hours at a time with no slippage or discomfort, very happy with it.
