Extender: darker-colder glans without loss of sensation

Extender: darker-colder glans without loss of sensation

Is this normal? My glans gets darker and colder but when I do a capillary refill test, the spot that I press down on seems to refill in a couple of seconds. There is no numbness/loss of sensation but I have noticed a slightly darker ring around the corona since starting extending. So far have gained a little bit, no negatives in EQ. Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if it happens to anybody else.

Anbybody have input?

Probably a slight reduction in blood flow from the extender noose/strap resulting in slightly darker color from blood pooling up and a cooler glans. If everything clears up when you take off the extender, just pay attention to your dick’s response when you wear it.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

You’ll always have reduced perfusion in an extender. It’s just how it is.
Cap refill isn’t a reliable test for perfusion, here, because the distal portion is under pressure; when you blanch it, the skin easily refills with the same blood that was displaced.

Fortunately, the tissues involved here can sustain prolonged ischemia without serious injury due to their relatively low metabolic needs.

Just use your best judgement and when in doubt, take a short break to let the blood flow.
