Extender For Thick Foreskin Uncut Penis With Small Glans?

So I was hyped when I got my Penimaster Classic extender. Thinking I will be able to finally extend with no issues (vacuum cap is a mess to use and always stretches out foreskin).

Well, I am greatly disappointed. I couldn’t get the thing to fit and once I did it came off because of all the foreskin.

So right now I cannot find a nice stretcher to use and have to grab glans manually by hand and just stretch.

Is there really not something else in the market? Of course I can stretch by hand, but then my hand is busy and I can’t work.

I need something that will fit for penis with small glans, thick shaft and very long foreskin. In fact, if my penis is flaccid and I pull foreskin back, then all the foreskin crunched up makes it look like a turbo chode.

I had semi-success stretching with vacuum cap, but i always gave me edema or took too little or too much of glans in and when it took too much it stretched out my foreskin even MORE.

I checked size genetics, but they look almost identical to PeniMaster Classic, so will have same issues. Any other products that might work?

Vacuum extender is what worked for me personally (I have almost exactly the same penis description).

Okay, but how did you prevent edema and foreskin stretching into the vacuum?

When I use vacuum and take it off foreskin is sucked in along the glans usually and puffy, edema prone and makes it stretch out only more.

How to prevent this?

to avoid foreskin suck you have to use a smaller adapter to the head. Maybe the green for smaller heads.

The foreskin is sucked cos there´s room in the ball, wanting to be filled. If the room there is smaller, will be “satiated” with the glans only

Interesting, I will try the green one.

I managed not to get foreskin stretching by using the green rubber that pulls in glans halfway. This does however leave a mark imprint across my glans when taken off and hurts after 1:30 hrs of use.

Is this ok? Any other solutions to prevent hurting after 1:30 hrs? I want to wear it for 4 hrs daily.

Have you tried a non-suction system?

I strap into the X4 (and I’m sure the rest are the same) with the noose just below the glans. I’m cut from birth, but it seems like if you were to retract the foreskin and then clamp in, it’d put the tension on the glans, not the foreskin.

I tried Penimaster Classic and its an unusable nightmare.
