Extender record's

Is there a record of how many hours the person has extended the most without rest?

I’ve tried to find out if anyone has spread 3,000 hours over a year, or 5,000 over two, but I can’t find anything.

i think most people don’t go beyond 1-2 hours with an ADS (not 100% sure on extenders, but expect its similar). Presently i’m in a "new" period of newbie gains & doing great with just 20 minutes of ADS (with very light weight, maybe 2lbs or so), in theory an extender would do just about the same thing. you can keep increasing, there’s no limit really, but doing more won’t necessarily yield more gains

3000 in one year would mean over 8 hours every single day with no rest or more than 11 hours with 2 rest days per week. I have seen people comment that they did 12+ hours per day but cant recall any names. However most people i found seem to do between 4-8 hours. I think its best to do as much as you have time for and your dick can handle.
